Digital Designer Luke says his top project in 2015 is the Nespresso After Sales website redesign.

“The project started with us creating a new After Sales journey for Nespresso customers to access How To videos, Troubleshooting information and steps to get started after purchasing a Nespresso machine,” says Luke.

The final website provides a user experience (UX) journey that is both intuitive and informative. The website is due to go live early next year.
